What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if your order arrives with visible damage, please inspect the package carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any dents, tears, or signs of mishandling—even on the box—make a note of it on the delivery receipt.

If you’re unable to open the package immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery form. Should your item arrive damaged, simply email photos and order details to support@radiantridgesupply.com, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund within one business day.
